Before the Session:
Create an account with UW Continuing Education System (ICEP). Enter both your name and phone number. This only has to be done once.
During the Session:
Text the session code to the provided phone number, using the phone number associated with your ICEP account.
After the Session:
After texting the code, you will receive an email with a session evaluation to complete.
This allows us to track attendance to continue the DiSH program, and for you to claim continuing education credit.
By creating an ICEP account, texting the session code provided, and filling out the post-session evaluation, participants will receive continuing medical education credits.

A certified pediatric clinical nurse specialist and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) with the American Family Children’s hospital pediatric diabetes program. Whitney prepares DiSH session content, runs DiSH sessions and facilitates discussion, and provides educational materials to DiSH participants.
A medical student at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Bobbi serves as the project coordinator, and creates all promotional content for the DiSH Program including emails and social media.
Social Worker, MSW
American Family Children’s Hospital
Louise serves as the State School Nurse and Health Services Coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). Louise assists in planning DiSH sessions and relaying information and concerns from the Wisconsin school nurses to the DiSH team.
